    In the time it takes your greasy, lukewarm takeout curry to turn up you can cook your own and sort out rice within 30 mins.

    Most curries use the same base ( the spice mix will vary based on the meat or fish used) and then it is a case of adding to it to produce the curry required.

    Not really. Other than cholesterol it's just typical junk food. 87% of recommended salt in 50% of daily calorie intake is probably fairly average.

    If you ate this for breakfast and then nothing else apart from a healthy snack in the evening, you'd almost be getting it right

    A creamy curry is really quite nice, the sauce anyway... it's often really quite sweet. I wouldn't eat a prawn curry for breakfast though, but chicken passanda would be quite ok.
