Note the proud proclamation on the box "Over 1lb of food"
Thats right, this is a meal for those who regard quantity as the main indicator of value in their food. Read on for the full gory, and it is very gory, details.
Quite apart from the appearance (YUCK) the nutrition label is just terrifying.Comment

I don't mind nan for breakfast. But there's really no subsitute to a good wholesome homemade curry using raw ingredients. Hell if it's the nations favourite food, all's it takes is a little time and effort to cook your own and knock a huge dent to the sub-standard ready meals you buy from the supermarkets. And it works out cheaper!Originally posted by d000hg View Post...Also, left over peshwari nan is a great mid-morning snack.Comment

Last nights leftover curry takeaway - breakfast of champions. How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

Not really. Other than cholesterol it's just typical junk food. 87% of recommended salt in 50% of daily calorie intake is probably fairly average.Originally posted by TykeMerc View PostEEEEEK!!!!!

If you ate this for breakfast and then nothing else apart from a healthy snack in the evening, you'd almost be getting it right

In the time it takes your greasy, lukewarm takeout curry to turn up you can cook your own and sort out rice within 30 mins.Originally posted by EC4N View PostI don't mind nan for breakfast. Most curries use the same base ( the spice mix will vary based on the meat or fish used) and then it is a case of adding to it to produce the curry required.Comment
