What I really hate is when you Google for someone who is due to interview you, in the hope that you'll find something brilliantly in common which you can casually mention in the interview and basically guarantee the job, only to find that they are good looking, young, trendy, live in an ultra-cool apartment and write a state-of-the-art technical blog which is always up-to-date and obviously has a legion of devoted followers.
