Aye, Thursday scouring the Grauniad, Times, Telegraph jobs pages in the library in a usually futile attempt to find something.
Dear dead days beyond recall.
Plus Electronics Weekly & Electronics Times and the IEE (now IET) jobs thing. I even got an interview out of an advert in the latter. Laser place in Letchworth IIRC. Came to nothing in the end of course. Fecking big lasers though.

CVLibrary was really good for a time but maybe not so good now.
Indeed was good but now it's full of Whatsapp phishing scammers.
LinkedIn... ugh. It's good for jobs but I just hate all those vomit inducing posts.
It's amazing Jobserve is still around given the site hasn't had a makeover since... forever.
Btw I found my first IT job back in 1997 by replying to an advertisement in The Guardian newspaper. Thursday was the bumper tech jobs edition (maybe the weekend was also good?).

eFinancialCareer
CWJobs
Some are a lot better than others and I am filtering on jobs added in the last day or two.
Any sites missing here that people would like to recommend?

Isn't that where Verity Stob started out?
Possibly not since the only reference I can find to that is on this board..

Possibly not since the only reference I can find to that is on this board, made by some sort of giant alien lizard..
