Or just versions - BusinessObjects is now back at version 4 after they released version 4 around 25 years ago for Windows 95.

Power BI is now seen as part of the Fabric suite, it hasn't been renamed. Please remove "attention to detail" from your cv.

    Sorry.

Unfortunately it is common now for "programmes" and "programs" to mean the same thing.

Had this discussion a few weeks ago..

I hope you put that MERF (Microsoft exclusionary radical feminism) right! Dead naming Microsoft products, you best name and shame so we can cancel that company!

Its a bit more complicated than that so you can see why the agent is struggling.

Power BI remains currently in Fabric and as its the one with pretty Graphics its obviously the clever bit and should pay top dollar. The dirty engineering stuff has all got new names. Whats happened is they put ADF & Synapse etc. in a dark corner popped on a bit of Barry White and out pops Fabric.

If they renamed PBI they would lose all that brand awareness. Some of the top floor have actually heard of PBI.

    https://data-mozart.com/microsoft-fa...and-marketing/

They have finally dropped the cost for PBI capacity which makes sense maybe Tableau & looker have changed the sums?

Fabric is all about creating a data fabric that the organisation manages & consumes in the same way.
