    I think it must have been quite tough to give that speech.

    The policies weren't inherently bad; they were "just" not costed, the wrong measures for the current time and poorly communicated. It's no wonder it all went downhill so fast. Some of those would have been great vote winners to announce next year.

    Hard to criticise her for quitting, probably the thing she's fighting is the desire to stay on. Although that half-smile might be pure and simple relief.
