Anyone who wants to work in the health sector MUST undergo annual physical and mental examinations. They must all have perfect health, follow a proscribed diet that has been certified perfect, exercise for a minimum of three hours a week (supervised to ensure the correct level of effort has been expended). At any time they may be required to undergo a battery of tests to ensure all biochemical markers are within the optimal range with pay being docked for any measure that is sub-optimal. They must have no physical or mental impairments that deviate from the model human specimen. They will be subjected to random tests for nicotine, alcohol and all drugs (including over the counter drugs for common ailments). If they have wombs then they must prove they are healthy enough to procreate by producing at least one healthy item of offspring. Those with testicles must be able to produce viable sperm for procreation by producing at least one healthy item of offspring. Those that cannot procreate will not be allowed to work in areas relating to it as they are obviously not qualified to do so.

It's the only way to ensure that we are getting the right service from the health sector. The workers have to be perfect physical specimens or else they simply aren't qualified enough.

Therese Coffey has admitted she is "not the role model" when it comes to her personal health after being questioned about her weight and smoking.
In an interview with LBC's Nick Ferrari, the new Health Secretary was asked about her own smoking and drinking habits as well as whether she could "could possibly do with losing a pound or two".

Ms Coffey responded: "My focus is on how we deliver for patients and I appreciate I may not be the role model, but I am sure that the Chief Medical Officer and others will continue to be role models in that regard and I will do my best as well."

She added: "I will probably get all sorts of comments, Nick, but nevertheless, on a more serious matter, I have been a patient of the NHS too and have had some brilliant experiences and I have had some experiences where it could have been better. My focus is on patients and that is what I will be making sure the department focuses on too."
