I've been using their smart saver and fixed term savings, I found like you have that they've been offering the best rates. Their mobile app is pretty good and you can move money between different pots (which have different lengths of notice period depending on what you set for them) very easily. I would definitely recommend Zopa I haven't experienced any issues at all.

Anyone still using Zopa?
They seem to have pivoted to a "more traditional" financial institution with a Retail Banking Licence, they keep coming up as the best rates for savings (I am looking at personal not business)

Maybe I'll see about putting this portion of the ISA total into something a bit different like commodity shares, problem being I know absolutely nothing about that side of things.
Are there any other IFISAs out there? I seem to remember discussing here one where you bought shares in a big housing portfolio which seemed an interesting idea. Course I could buy a cheap BTL but I'm a bit soured on that over the years.

£250k should get you a knighthood.
x10 if you want a peerage, and if you can do it offshore, you could probably knock 20% off that.
