    I have. First hand friends who suspect that a significant percentage of people were out clapping largely to be seen to be out clapping.

    NHS workers were low paid in the first place.

    I will clap when BJ announces a 50% bonus to all the nurses and doctors who worked through the pandemic. But he wont and he will award performance bonuses to the useless managers who are WFH and generate spread sheets day in and day out.
