    Sounds lovely. There is scant alcohol in my house bar the Candy Apple Cider I brewed in April in case of dire emergencies during this pandemic.

    Depending on the lettuce, you can chop it in half and char over a griddle and serve lightly seasoned and with a drizzle of olive oil
