Is there some way we can expose the insides of the body to fresh air and sunshine? Perhaps we might research inserting very bright lights and small fans into the body?
My advice - keep your health and immune system in top notch - get plenty of fresh air and sunshine (to give you lots of vitamin d) a good 30 mins walk a day and fresh veg and fruit for vit c - oh and give a merry whistle !!!
