Your Rights Under the Noise Act 1996
Short term - get some noise cancelling headphones.
Personally I would get a little dog such as a Yorkshire Terrier who hates children and call it "Darling" or some tulip name. Every time the kids annoy you let the dog out to bark at them and bite them. Obviously being such a sweet looking little dog you can seriously say it's not a biter. The kids will soon decide not to play near your house....
F*** I still hate corgis and I they didn't actually bite me.
