    Mrs BP was tied while giving birth. Among her reasons was that if she became pregnant she could not have an abortion as she was a Catholic! As if sterilization was approved by the Vatican.

    I would have had the snip in 2003 but was told I had an unusual layout and would need a general. 1 in 7 men apparently. But Mrs BP convinced me she was sterile and I did not need it!

    My wife knew that if anything happened to me and she found someone else, she wouldn't want to have any more children, so got clamped.

    I thought that if anything happened to her, and I found anyone else, we might want to have children.
