What Cojak means is that the link you gave goes to a blog post about the Iraq war dating from 2005. Although the name is the same there is no indication it is anything to do with the IoM chap.

edit: Found the reference to the name.

Edit edit : The Michael Wilson in the linked article is a Ghanaian national also known as "Sly Willy" Wilson.

......and if your interested its been noticed that on 22 Jun 2011 a Summary Court claim was submitted in the IOM against AML Limited by Boston Tax Limited. Interestingly Boston recently lost two of its most senior officers to Knox (which is connected to AML)

Not the word I was thinking of. I was thinking more along the lines of "Inaccurate rubbish to get business from the gullible". But I could be wrong.

An important one in FAQ :
    What about my timesheets?

You can submit your timesheets via an online service, or by email, fax, or post.

Well they say they're compliant and they have an 'endorsement' from a tax QC so they must be ok

My ex works for HMRC. Anyone whose tax return is submitted by someone called anything like "pay less tax" gets very heavy scrutiny.

How can they be an umbrella company and offer significantly more money then the umbrella company they list on their front page?

Its a tax avoidance scheme which may (but probably won't) work. Of course it will be a few years until HMRC get round to dealing with it by which time they may present you with a very large tax bill for a number of years.

Just go and read the BN66 threads to see what could happen or
