How can they be an umbrella company and offer significantly more money then the umbrella company they list on their front page?Originally posted by odm View PostAnyone had any experience with this umbrella company? Its a tax avoidance scheme which may (but probably won't) work. Of course it will be a few years until HMRC get round to dealing with it by which time they may present you with a very large tax bill for a number of years.
Just go and read the BN66 threads to see what could happen or

My ex works for HMRC. Anyone whose tax return is submitted by someone called anything like "pay less tax" gets very heavy scrutiny.Comment

The difference between PAYE and Umbrella is only 2% and between umbrella and Ltd is only 1% for a standard 100K pa contract.
Interesting!
An important one in FAQ :
What about my timesheets?
You can submit your timesheets via an online service, or by email, fax, or post.Comment

Not the word I was thinking of. I was thinking more along the lines of "Inaccurate rubbish to get business from the gullible". But I could be wrong.Originally posted by contractoralan View PostThe difference between PAYE and Umbrella is only 2% and between umbrella and Ltd is only 1% for a standard 100K pa contract.

Interestingly Boston recently lost two of its most senior officers to Knox (which is connected to AML)Originally posted by ilovehr View PostShows that More-Pay.com is registered to AML on the Isle of Man.
