Just give them an invoice. Stick in "any other income" on your tax return. Done.

Is the new role inside or outside IR35?
Does the client make the determination?
If yes, then what is their determination?
If outside then go LTD... duh....
If inside then see if they'll use you as a sole trader? If not then will they put you on their payroll?

It's bad enough you can't work out what to do in the simplest situations without putting stupid comments in that you know full well is going to rub up the people you are asking for help from.
You are really an idiot of the highest order.Last edited by northernladuk; 13 October 2021, 11:19.

Was via agency and umbrella. Obviously, no agency contract in place any more.
My ltd I shutdown years ago (because I was inside IR35).
Whats best way to deal with? Find umbrella who will process my payroll following direct payment from client?
Or direct with client as a sole trader or something similar?
Either way its gonna screw up my jobseekers allowance that weekTags: None
