Very dodgy looking website. Enter all your contact details and day rate and it comes back with.... "We can definitely help you save money. One of our advisors will be in touch."
Really? How do you know? No illustrations, doesn't ask if you're brolly or ltd etc. Absolutely reeks of slightly dodgy tax scheme.

Shouldn't it be called disguised permie club then?Originally posted by Contractor Club Limited View PostAn update re Contractor Club. A new business (unrelated to the previous "Contractor Club") has established itself as an umbrella company broker. The Company is Contractor Club Limited and it uses the domain wwwdotcontractorclubdotcodotuk . The demand for brokerage services is driven by dynamics such as recent and further proposed IR35 reforms and moves to much more use of accredited umbrella companies and low fee PAYE Umbrella companies; the latter being particularly relevant to Gig economy workers who are looking for "employment" and its protections, as opposed to self-employment or worker status.

Note - I have allowed the above post through as I suspect that this question will be asked if/when people see the name in (re)use.
This is the only time it will be allowed in this form. The poster will be welcome if they want to provide advice. If they just want to advertise they will not be welcome.
@OP: Oh, and sort out your Company Number on your website - it doesn't match your Company name...

Great idea but pettered out because it was still run on an agency type model ie the founder's wife \ squeeze was filtering cv's before allowing them to be passed to the end client (of which there were very few).
Full marks to the lad though, he tried.

Dodgy arranged a Mafia style hit on the founder, he now sleeps with the fishes... I think it just petered out really, don't think anything will replace the stranglehold agencies have on the market at large. The only alternative is sourcing work direct through LI and personal networks (as I have done for the last 4 years).Originally posted by garethevans1986 View PostAll,
