You are true, one needs to know both sides. I have been contracting for last 10 years without gap even single day between the contracts and had worked over 2 years in 3 client during this period. Hope this clears you. Problem here is with management, they would expect performing without project induction, ourself have to chase for accesses(where we don't know where to go and ask), they expect one should work as their perm employees(who work from 8AM to 9PM), I was asked to modify code which was developed by some one obviously takes time as i am experienced i try to dig into it and know how it works which they didn't like. Moreover it is Fixed Bid Project

OP has all the advice he needs not but can't gloss this bit ' to terminating my Contract immediately(same day/today) due to performance was not up to their expectations'. I've seen some bloody awful contractors keeping their gigs for christ knows what reasons so to get terminated on the spot something must have been very wrong. He can do everything we've said but we haven't head the other side of this story. If the work was bad enough to let you go on the spot then they've every right not to pay and despite all the proper channels to go through he's not gonna get it.
If I were OP I'd be just getting on finding new work and writing this one off.

1) gather the evidence that you did work for 2 weeks
2) double check that you haven't opted out of agency regulations.
3) phone Debt Collection and Debt Recovery from Safe Collections (safe-collections.com) and see what they suggest you do.

Just invoice as normal, and if they don't pay google "Dunning process" and follow that.
Forget the rest of Feb, you're not going get that, unless you are a FTC/PAYE type contractor (i.e. not a LTD company).
Update your CV and get it out there.

It looks to me that you must invoice the agency for the first week of February. Following the standard dunning process which you can find in payontime.co.uk
For the second week, you seem to be saying that the client hasn't signed. If you've proof that you've done work or there was an intention of the client to approve, then just invoice the agency for the second week.

Whatever the client do or say, the agency will try and chase the money. You need something in writing from the client to say you worked those 10 days. Even the agency writing an email saying they "don't care if you worked you're not getting paid" is still evidence you did work.
