The archive URL you mentioned and others are now blocked from corporate devices, due to low reputation on trusted blocklist websites used across the world. Wikipedia has blocked them...

That archive website, along with archive dot today, archive dot is and the other domains are Russian. They are blocked from corporate devices and blacklisted. They are known for distributing malware.
It has since been changed, it had code for yandex.ru VK.ru and mail.ru also other known...
