You are not going to get any real feedback from the FCA. The point of the complaints is to show the FCA what West 28 along with doing.
The more people that complain to the FCA increases the chance of the FCA looking into West 28 sooner rather than later.

I just want to say (it has been said by others but it is worth saying again) as of right now the only way Trethowans / West 28 / Ethica can get any money from you is if you volunteer for it.

The Settlement with HMRC and Government Legislation on the Loan Charge are completely seperate issues.
