In most cases, I don't have physical copies, e.g. my accountants will email me an invoice once a month. I store local copies of all the pdf files (as well as uploading them to FreeAgent), but I don't think there's any need for a shoebox.

One other option would be to close the company, then open a new company if/when you need it. However, that depends on how much money is in the company account - if you do MVL, you'd have to watch out for phoenix regulations.

Personally, I wouldn't use AI for this. As openstrike said, just because the code will compile, that doesn't mean that it's working correctly. (A simple "fix" would be to comment out every line of code!)
However, as a wider question, what is this app/microcontroller used for?...
