The first time they struck with TFL it was perfect timing for them because the lines between the HMRC loan charge and this were extremely blurred in fact it was impossible to distinguish to mere mortals. Felicitas arrived just after and still there was confusion. I remember ignoring the TFL letters...

I remember I 'set' a lot of adverts at the time for the Islington Gazette and gazing with wonder and open eyes at how much property was in London! £50k used to get us all excited when average house prices in my area at the time were probably about £18k for a property like yours....

I hope they don't bring out the 'look who we took to court' weapon again. There was some insolvency case quoted early on in this where the list of creditors was Fel and I think they surrounded their claims with 'see what we did there!?!?!?' vernacular.

Well this post brought back some pretty horrible memories. It's been said so many times but those worrying about this and it truly is a worry, just get help don't delay get help.
Having seen the previous' lots paperwork it is enough to start a panic. Panic will kill you being afraid won't....
