I'm always wary of group costs as they just seem to go on forever and ever. It's never no win no fee and from what I have read over many years of this forum I can't see where any of the big groups have actually achieved anything. Other than a carthartic factor.

There's quite a few lounges now which can be paid for, it's not the airline's loyalty lounge (they don't want chavs and peasants near their business travellers) but they are a decent alternative to spending time with the said chavs and peasants waiting for their Rynnair flights.

This is all such a rinse and repeat I do find it a little scary. Lawyers, debt collectors, tax lawyers, tax advisors end result ... confusion.
Absolutely certain same laws were quoted last time around, same wobbly grey lines used etc.,
The difference last time a lot of the schemes had not...

Good to see this looks to be on its deathbed, the wait does seem to be too long to claim a debt the way they are trying. This time around it's a lot more easy to ignore or fight. One thing I do remember though is the loans did have the caveats in the paperwork about repaying the debt any time up to...

Not sure about this time but 'last time' when TFL came 'a calling' and people 'settled' with TFL. Even those who had settled with TFL were chased by Felicitas, not sure how that went though.
