They only do that so the pilots keep their skills up to date - even then stuff like the throttle settings on takeoff are automated. Likely they don't do that I'd imagine - my guess is they are part of the 99.9 % who have a "no Ltds" rule in place - i.e. the blanket ban of outside IR35 contracts workaround....Leave a comment:

I think (I am not a lawyer) that things like TUPE are employee type rights - which of course you don't get with inside IR35 gigs - they are only about the tax treatment, not the employment status....Leave a comment:

Back on track, nothing heard about the urgent outside IR35 gig so assume that's not happening, but have had some interesting interviews for permie roles recently.
