It seems like we are getting to the stage where we can threaten action against Trethowans for SAR non compliance....

Can anyone provide an example template of what they included in the SAR request? Also the letter says to contact Trethowans for copies of loan agreements. Are they saying basically that they can provide info that we request in a SAR ?

Received my first ever letter today from Trethowans demanding payment by Oct 5th.

I will send a SAR request this week. Are people sending the SAR to Trethowans or West 28?

Also, has anyone received a response to the SAR within 1 month of the request?
