Completely agree. I was happy with the work WTT did for the relatively low fee. I'm not going ahead with Elysium - they've got greedy - the fee proposal is excessive, particularly for a settlement option....

I sent both my requests by letter (sent guaranteed delivery). Trethowans acknowledged & requested ID via email. I sent ID scan via email. They acknowledged by email.
I've had nothing from West 28....

I've spoken to the FCA this morning, I'm not sure that the call handler grasped everything but I have a reference number and they're going to email me so I have an address to submit documents to.

I've 95% made up my mind to not continue with Elysium. Not happy with the costs as they stand and I expect them to increase because not everyone will continue so the shared cost will go up, plus the quotation excludes disbursements, so it's getting to a point that the costs as a percentage of the loans...
