Yep. Especially computer science. How anyone can learn all the background information without a structured degree is beyond me.
TBF, though some stuff does seem irrelevant now, such as good database design to the 3rd normalsed state or learning to use Z to build queries.

I know how to cope with rejection.Considering I get rejected more than I am offered. Failure is part of the game.
My notes were just that.
There are sectors I keep away from, gaming, porn and a list of others. As they are not inline with my principles....

Had a good interview last week for a logistics company. They originally had 2 developers, one left and the other suddenly died!
Came back yesterday and decided that they would hire someone else as I was used to work with newer tech and they wanted someone who would be happy writing asp.net...
