I believe a poster not unlike that - but less crude - did start to appear in the bogs near the IT departments of certain London banks. Only there the problem was people trying to squat on the toilet seats and breaking them.

Had the same problem in Ye Olde Sloughe of Desponde.

It used to piss off the caretakers no end since they had to keep on replacing the broken seats.
