Seems like RH only bans certain users, yet others can swear and troll and nothing happens. He is in no way impartial and has been complained about by many users. Come in admin sack him and stick to people who can judge objectively.

You also need to consider that 2 people doing the exact same thing may be treated differently for valid reasons, IMHO.
