If you want anyone to take you seriously, post examples. Apart from those here 24/7 () most will struggle to keep up.
You also need to consider that 2 people doing the exact same thing may be treated differently for valid reasons, IMHO.

In reply to the above: Not the case. The only time I (+ all mods) receive a message about people acting up is when somebody reports a post.

In kandr's case, several PMs and warnings had been exchanged about him disrupting the fora prior to this. Indeed, infractions + tempbannery were used. As they are quite routinely.
