      Is hokay...

I was sawing up some wood this afternoon, whilst the sun was out

To avoid Divering myself, I decided to use a mandraulic saw rather than a power one.

Tired now... and I don't think it's done my elbow a power of good either...

I know a physiotherapeutic exercise for that.

You need to do some very slow, gentle, elbow bending exercises whilst hold a weight of about a pound or two. Ideally this weight should be very cold.

I find a full beer glass, or can of lager is ideal.

It makes most things feel better.

            Evening denizens

The fire alarm went off at ClientOrg just after half six this evening

Clearly this was a situation that called for immediate and effective action. I told my machine to shut down, grabbed my coat and laptop bag, and headed out of the fire door and round to the assembly point in the car park.

After about half an hour the fire brigade gave us the all clear. I re-entered the building and immediately left, logging my exit on the security gate at reception.

That's another half hour I can invoice for

Well played. That's some good contracting right there.

I'd prefer to empty a bottle of wine this evening.
