Oh well, I've got downloading to do... though I'm beginning to wonder why... the last 600Mb was rubbish... Y*uP**n is definitely going downhill.

The latter, with this oven - it really is rubbish. The original plan was to slow-roast the lamb, as that's all the oven is capable of. It just went a bit faster than expected. There's every chance that the oven still won't get hot enough to actually roast them properly and I'll have to finish them off in the frying pan
