The latter, with this oven - it really is rubbish. The original plan was to slow-roast the lamb, as that's all the oven is capable of. It just went a bit faster than expected. The lamb is now resting in foil, and the spuds are in the fat in the roasting tin.Originally posted by zeitghost View Post
