Go to the home page of the Light Relief sub-forum. There you will see a column headed "Replies". In the table cell beneath that on the row for TPD (usually the top row) there is a number, which is also a hyperlink (denoted by its blue colour and underlining). Click on that link and a small window will open with a table showing the number of replies to the thread by username, having columns username and count, ordered by count, descending.
If you have JavaScript disabled, or otherwise unavailable due to aggressive filtering by a firewall, the list of post counts will appear in the same window - a good example of JS being used for Progressive Enhancement, rather than being a requirement to access the resource. Props to the vBulletin people for that
