Trying to - my laptop just came back from another 2 month stint in the repair shop with pretty much the same build problems, if not worse.

Considering it's a £1500 laptop the build quality is appalling.

The fitting of the keyboard is just shocking - it now flexes and clicks when I type. I've just fired off an email to the Technical Director of the company concerned. I don't think I swore either.
