It's freezing!!!!!!!

In fact it's even a bit chilly in here.... I have my PJ's on and a jumper and socks....

I was quite toasty with my two jumpers and two Lidl heating pads...

My feet were a bit cold though, maybe I need the heated socks from Maplin...

(I keep all my spam for research purposes - I have never deleted an email. I've lost quite a few through failing to make regular backups though... but at the moment I have every bit of spam I've received since August 2006, on two separate domains, sitting on my lap )

Once you have back issues the muscles tend to spasm. Once it calms down a bit the spasms go down so should clear up fairly quickly.

What drugs are you on? Ibuprofen?

Yep - just Ibuprofen. I just need to remember to continue resting the back even after the pain has gone.

Just so many big jobs to do at home!

Get someone in to do the jobs, I used to do every job apart from plastering. Now I haven't got the time and the tradesman I use have the same high standards that I have.
