I'm being a domestic goddess tonight!! Got the pasta sauce (from scratch) on the hob and just about to blend my soup!!

Sorry....

It's just a basic tomato sauce but I use portabello mushrooms instead of regular ones cos they are a bit more meaty, green pepper, fresh garlic and basil and chopped tomatoes
