One of my greatest embarassments was a particular pcb where I gave the cadman the wrong pitch of chip... 25 thou instead of 1mm...

Oooops.

100 boards that couldn't be used with that chip.

2nd attempt...

Gave cadman correct pitch of chip.

He uses 50 thou instead of 40 thou...

Chips have legs spread so they sort of fit...

3rd attempt: cadman gets correct pitch.

100 boards made...

Chip is made obsolete...

By which time I didn't give a toss coz I'd been made redundant.
