It's a meat sauce (hence Ragu, like bolognese) but white (hence Bianca). No tomato. It's made with onion,celery, pork mince, lardons, white wine cooked slowly so as not to colour the meat. Finished with parsley and lemon zest.Originally posted by cailin maith View PostWhats that?
