        They used to have a free restaurant on top floor. One chap I worked with STUFFED himself at breakfast/lunch - then just snacked at evening meal. saved himself a fortune. and all his cutlery came from there...

                    It is incredible how much difference a mattress can make - and no pain worse than back pain (except maybe tooth pain?).

                    I hope you are doing the exercises Diver suggested earlier?
