The problem, BP, is not wholly with the justice system which favours children being with their mothers I guess. The problem is parents like you and your ex who break up after you have had children.

A child in a stable home is far more preferable to a child in a home where there has been a total breakdown in a relationship that leads to constant tension and arguments.
The parent most suited to providing that stability should be favored automatically, not automatically the woman as the courts tend to do.
