    Morning denizens

Sunny start, with some wispy clumps of cloud gradually disappearing as the sun ascends the heavens. Still a little breezy, but not enough for the current 6°C to be reported as feeling any different; the expected high is 13°, and the barometers are bouncing back at 1014/1023mB

Looking ahead, there’s a chance of thunderstorms on Thursday!

My brain stopped working years ago.

        Morning.

        Monday.

        Dry.

        Wanly sunny.

        High cloud.

Chilly in here at 14.2 deg, ?13? in the kitchen, 11.5 in the leanto, 7.6 in the saltinghouse.

1019.5 mBar, 30.1 in Hg, 764.7 Torr, 14.786 psi, (unchanged), 63% RH (Lidl electric).

Meanwhile on the 23rd of March 2020, with Bunter's diktats coming into effect, AndyGarbs, DaveB, LM, NF, scruff, and I popped in.

        Washing frenzy in progress.

Lunch: brunch. Entertainment: bit of a thing about the Balkans. Bit of a thing about the RNLI.

That requiring the iRon received its attentions: now airing upstairs.

Walk (unabbreviated, towpath) walked in the unbearable heat of the afternoon. Phew wot a scorcher. .

Tea: Mr Brains faggots. Entertainment: PM.

Skinwalker Ranch bollox. Rockets not going the way they're pointed and much GPS problems with drones & such.

NCIS S22 E12. "Fun & Games". The Dungeons & Dragons one. Amusing enough.

BBC Alba: the bog thing 2/3. Included a bit about an Irish bog that had previously been on Neil Oliver's Stonehengey programme about 10 or 15 years ago.

          Morning all

Sunny again. Currently 17 degrees with a high of 26 expected. Rain due later but after we've left. Barometer down to 1016 mBar.

          Sunrise 07:10; Sunset 20:05 WEST

Yesterday we did a lovely boat trip up and down the river, a mooch around the town, and cocktails. Today we have time for a leisurely lunch before we have to head to the airport.

Lunch has been some cold cocktail sausages

Before that, I worked on importing polls. That seems to be OK now; the official importer did it all in one big function but I extracted the bits that I needed to change as helper functions so I could test them properly, and they seem OK. So yet another import is running, to see if it gets past that without problems

For tea, pork cutlet with chips and beans

This was accompanied by the rest of a motorway cops thing I must have started watching last week

                  Nearly home!

Lunch was in Porto, afternoon tea somewhere over Spain, dinner somewhere over the Channel

In the Rasputin saga, he’s firmly in the Imperial Family’s good books by supposedly saving the heir’s life, though he wasn’t even there at the time (he sent a telegram) and it was probably the doctors wot did it. But some of the nobility are getting fed up with him and starting to plot…

Back to work tomorrow. Then I’m travelling to Manchester and back on Wednesday for the Irish thing; and work again on Thursday. And after that, it’s only next week to get through and it’s my holiday week!

Meanwhile, a few thousand miles beyond the dark side of the Moon, people are up to stuff again

                    Goodnight all

Sunny start with a clear blue sky. It’s 7°C now but soaring to 18° later, though the barometers are down a touch at 1011/1019mB

                      Tomorrow’s forecast to be 22°!
