The pie filling has gently cooked all afternoon and the sauce has nicely reduced. It's now cooling off ahead of me putting it inside some pastry
There was a bit of ale left over in the bottle so as the sun is over the yard-arm, I'm finishing it off. Not much of an ale drinker but this little bit is nice enough.Comment
