good on you Dave, I've always fanced doing a Tri. but my girlfriends ex used to do the IronMan for fun, which kinda make me feel sillily to do the shorter versions. My running times are not so good, i.e 25 mins for 5k !!! but my bike times are ok. Not done any swimming for a long time though.SA says;
