At least you know it's only going one way? If it was transistors it'd have switched by now.Originally posted by WTFH View PostTerrible pain down my left side.I was an IPSE Consultative Council Member, until the BoD abolished it. Less than 24 hours before the one and only dress rehearsal for a major divisional separation programme, and the cut over manager has just walked

Fed up. Client has just had a stern word about me working to the same "agile working" as the rest of his team. No choosing where to work for me: I need to be BoS for 37 hours a week waiting for tickets to come in just in case a boss looks over and sees there's no-one from the team in. This rule only applies to me of course.
Getting sick of this kind of old-fashioned presenteeism. Apart from anything else it stinks of D&C. Will be getting out at renewal time I think: phone interview lined up for lunchtime tomorrow for another gig.Comment

Got it here but I will be having a word with the big boss as to how things really work. I'm 4 weeks behind because of security and other issues (well outside my control). Thankfully I've identified a screw up worth more than my yearly billing so I'm safe on most frontsOriginally posted by covbob View Post<---

Some fecker's broken one of the bog seats. It looks innocent but try to put the seat down and the seat and lid fall on the floor with a huge racket. There's no way I'm risking my arse on that.
I bet the lazy bogger hasn't reported it to Estates.Comment
