Oh no!Originally posted by NickFitz View PostHmm. Bad news about the Super Monkey Car. It's pretty much rotted away underneath the left side
Jason reckons it's definitely on its last legs, or wheels. As he puts it: if something were to run into it, he can't even predict how it would respond, but it wouldn't be good; probably not even survivable.
I'm having a think about it for now, but maybe it's time to let it go

Morning all
Garden thief update: Old chap has been identified and suffers from Alzheimers. Daughter who lives away has been informed of what's been happening and someone has popped round asked what clippings he'd like and invited him to the gardening club. Case closed.
Circus update: Couldn't see any animals this morning. Could definitely smell animals this morning.Comment

Indeed. A mere 183,400 milesOriginally posted by zeitghost View PostOh no!

I really would like to get it to around the 250,000 mile mark, so I can say it could have travelled to the moon
I've asked him to ask the bloke a couple of units down who does the bodywork for an estimate, to see if we can get it through another year. But I've hardly used it this past year anyway, so if it's too much, I may not be able to justify it

Will he remember he has the clippings, though?
Let the wildlife loose in their gardens and they'll soon stop worrying about a few clippings

In other news, both my ebay buyers have left +ve feedback, so I will now consider the proceeds 'safe'. I was convinced they would have a WTF moment when they saw the tat they'd parted with their hard earned for.Comment
