I paid for a Manchester flight or I would probably still be there now! While waiting to board I saw someone from cancelled flight going home via Brussels!

MrsBP picked me up at 1am in Manchester so not too much time wasted. It was a good day with baby bp.

Top tip from the thread I posted though. I am thinking seriously about Granada next time from London City.

I don't seem to have missed too much round here? Good to see MS got holiday booked! Anything else changed? How is life treating you?

I quite fancy going to the pub, but it's still teeming down out there. Might just go for it anyway and get wet

Just popped out the back, and that's convinced me that I'm definitely not going down the pub. The rain's eased off, but it's still really heavy, and it's probably going to get worse again. In addition, there's a nasty cold wind blowing.

I'm going to turn the fire up and stay nice and snug in here instead
