Ok, I'm off for a nap, was up stupidly early to get in for the op this morning and didn't sleep very well as I was a tad worried about Mr N.

I don't think he qualifies, as he'd have to post about things going wrong, him saving the day, then getting fired or losing the gig. Though there is the German connection..... but then again Pondy doesn't profess to speaking Deutsch like a native.

We'll give him a pass for now after all it is TPD and it is Friday!

HOME! With 1% remaining. Easy darts.

I was in a partitioned off bit next to bobble hat lady and could hear her talking to her wornout son. She was explaining that she had been there long enough now (3hrs) and that it was time they let her just die. He explained that she was only in for an x-ray and this was in no way part of her funeral arrangements. Then his phone rang with the superman theme. Carol says she's fine and sends her love and no Mother you're not dying.

My nurse had the deepest blue eyes I've ever seen. Haunting even. So it was all worth it really.

            I'm rating today's NHS experience as 8.5/10

Yes it took a while (not too bad really) but I understand some knobhead with a self inflicted baddy ankle is hardly the highest priority. Although I would have liked to have the x-ray pic to stick to the fridge. Or longer staring in to that nurses face. She said something about ice and exercise. I wasn't really listening. hmmm, what?

Well, there's the "je suis charlie" cartoons printed out.

Now which noticeboard on which floor would cause the maximum offence?

Got 800 hits in the past 3 weeks, also helps some local businesses are now pushing it for me. Cloggy audience is starting to pick up, also know I can get a big audience from the eggheads when posting about bbq stuff.

Need to work out which high profile restaurant I'm going to review next week. Trying to hit popular places to build up interest and then hopefully I've got enough of an audience to keep it trundling along.

I'll also be reviewing a trade fair for wine professionals next week as well, well I'm going and I intend to review it, but whether or not I'll be coherent at the end of the day and remember is another thing.
You should really think about registering a domain for it, so that if/when you change platforms, your URL doesn't change.

kitchenexile.com, kitchenexile.org, and kitchenexile.co.uk are all available - as are a shedload of those new-fangled TLDs. kitchenexile.diet perhaps?

Not sure about kitchenexile.nl as .nl domains aren't available through the British company whose site I checked on.
