Ah, over here there's a new software boss man who wants to make the place leaner and bring in more agile approaches. I agree with him and I spoke with him last week; a dev and I are advising him on where there's useless bumph and bureaucracy in clientco's processes (and there is an awful lot of it). All well and good to be advising him but of course he said to us that if he's going to reorganise he'll be forced to dump contractors first.Originally posted by FiveTimes View PostI've done nowt to upset them. I'm amazed at the mess here in clientco, its all about obfuscation and people being paranoid about their jobs.Comment
