While I am sleeping 14 hours a day I can't really train. It was better when I was sleeping 6 hours a day.

Last night in Cape Town before returning to UK. Three weeks have passed too quickly but I'm replete. Wine, sun, sailing, golf and astonishing quantities of food. 4kgs under the belt...
