    Parts must be getting difficult too.
    It's usually the welding that's costing the most, but yes, it can be tricky getting parts and they're definitely going up in price. When the trailing arm went the other year, the replacement was noticeably more expensive than when the other trailing arm went about four years before

      Tired now, but not in a sleepy way, just a worked-too-much way. Seriously thinking of going to the pub just to get some fresh air on the walk, see some people that aren't anything to do with ClientCo, and point my eyes at something that isn't a screen

        Hmm. Rain is doing its thing out there quite heavily, and has the air of not planning to stop anytime soon. May cancel walk to pub.

          It was hammering down for an hour or so here, earlier on.

          Definitely on the wet side of damp.

          There's a chap up the road who's got a 1990s era Japanese sports car.

          He was telling me the other day that finding a replacement shockabsorber was difficult, the previous one had cost him £300.

            Stone me, I may have to go & see the quack.

            For me.

            Heartburn++.

            Cough++.

            Wheeze.

            Dunno if it's the stress or what.

              I don't think Orion parts are that bad yet - with the number of them, and all the Escorts as well with the same parts, there are still some in reserve.

              The first trailing arm took nearly a week to turn up. The chap at the garage explained that Ford said they definitely had the part, they were just having trouble locating it. I said "What, they're trying to remember which box they put it in in the loft?" and he agreed it sounded rather like that

                The lego movie was not as bad as I thought it would be. Possibly because it was in 2D. Some films are better in 2D than 3D.

                  I see that MTT has 999 tpd posts. I wonder how long until post 1000?

                    I switched bank accounts for my new mortgage. Just checked my old bank account. I found £50.00 I was not expecting.
