The closest I've come so far is throwing away about £10k worth of fittings that were surplus to requirements.

Ended up completing on the church so that we're at least in control of our losses - if we'd not completed, we would have lost the deposit of 10% plus still been liable for any losses the vendors had. Time to clean it a little bit before taking it back to auction.Comment

I do remember someone asking me about pneumatics during an interview at the AB Automotive test house.
He also asked me, for no discernable reason, how you raise sommat to a power in C.
I didn't know that either.

It's ** in FORTRAN though.
